excuse my handwriting but this was my work out of the day. the * indicates the 2 exercises one of the members at my gym did instead of the 10 clean and presses ( i did do the high knees though ). but anyways, it took me 9:30sec and the other person 11:49sec it was an amazing workout. 3 rounds. I was dying!! almost threw up. I did end up falling to the ground.
